Cooperation agreements

The cooperation agreements between the Federal Supreme Court (STF) and foreign Courts play an important role in the effective exchange of experience in the modernization and the improvement of the judiciary systems of the nation-states. The objective is to establish general lines of the collaboration, aiming at the mutual deepening of knowledge and techniques and the strengthening and consolidation of the importance of the Judiciary Branch and the Constitutional Courts in Brazil and abroad.
