The Chief Justice of the STF makes official trip to China

The Chief Justice of the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court (STF), Ricardo Lewandowski, will attend the schedule of an official visit to the People’s Republic of China, which starts on this Friday, where he will participate on the Forum of Justice of the BRICs (grouping of countries composed by Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa). The event will be in the city of Sanya, at the province of Hainan, and will have the presence of the president of the People’s Supreme Court of China, Zhou Qiang.

On Sunday (29), still at the province of Hainan, the Justice Lewandowski will participate of the annual conference “Boao Forum for Asia”. On Monday (30), in Haikou (also at the province of Hainan), the Justice Lewandowski will meet with the president of the People’s Supreme Court of China, Zhou Qiang, to sign the Memorandum of Understanding aiming the exchange of experiences between the two countries.

In the capital Beijin, on Tuesday morning (31), the president of the STF will visit the Law School of the University of Beijin, where he will talk with students. On the afternoon, the Justice Lewandowski will visit the People’s Supreme Court of China, where he will be received by the executive vice-president Shen Deyong. On Wednesday (1st), the Justice Lewandowski will gather with the Chinese minister of Justice, Wu Aiying.
