Chief Justice of the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court (STF) attended seminar organized by the African Group of Ambassadors

"Today we have better conditions to investigate, partly due to the avaliable technology. The Public Prosecutor's Office has given the needed attention that the fight against corruption recquires. Not to mention the Judiciary Branch that has been prioritizing the issue. The State's tolerance with corrupt acts is over. The difficulties are big, but the need is even bigger" she said.

The Chief Justice attended a seminar organized by the African Group of Ambassadors in commemoration of the Africa Day, to be celebrated next Friday. One of the subjects of the event was the fight against corruption. She stressed that if this issue is not discussed and there are no practical results in this fight, there will be problems in all parts of the world. "It is the ethics or the chaotic state" she stated.
