TV Justice: Colombia's entrance into the North Atlantic Treaty Organization is the theme of "Law without Borders"

The program entitled "Law without Borders", which will air on Monday (23), at 8 pm on TV Justice, talks about the entry of Colombia into two international organizations: the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

NATO is a military alliance created after World War II, when the world was divided into two blocs: the capitalist, led by the United States, and the communist, led by the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR). In the context of the so-called Cold War, NATO's goal was to defend the Allies countries from attacks, to prevent the resurgence of nationalist militarism in Europe through a strong US presence on the continent, and to stimulate European political integration.

To discuss the subject, the program receives Roberto Dalledone Machado Filho, PhD in International Law, and Aninho Irachande, professor of International Relations.
