15 years of the Judiciary Reform are celebrated in work under the coordination of the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court, the National Council of Justice and the Brazilian Bar Association


The Chief justice of the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court (STF) and President of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), Justice Dias Toffoli, launched on Tuesday (10), at the Supreme Court, the book "Constitutional Amendment No. 45/2004: 15 years of the new Judiciary". He participates in the coordination of the publication alongside the president of the National Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Felipe Santa Cruz, and the councilor of the CNJ André Godinho.

The book gathers 30 articles - among them, one by former Minister and Senator Bernardo Cabral, rapporteur of the EC/45 - with authors from different institutions, such as the Supreme Court, the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), the Superior Labor Court (TST), the Superior Military Court (STM), the National Council of Public Prosecution (CNMP), the CNJ and the OAB.
