The government is not obliged to provide high-cost drugs not registered in the SUS list

The Plenary of the Brazilian Federal Supreme Court (STF) decided on Wednesday (11) that the government is not obliged to provide high-cost medications requested in court, when they are not provided for in the Unified Health System (SUS) Exceptional Drug Waiver Program.
