Surveys evaluate services offered by the STF

In another initiative to increase the dialogue with society, the Federal Supreme Court (STF) launched this Friday (4) two surveys on the services offered by the Court - one focused on judicial services, the other on institutional and administrative services. The evaluations, available on the website, can be answered until December 31 of this year. The results of the survey will guide the Court's efforts to improve its activities in 2021.

The survey related to the STF's jurisdictional activity discusses services such as the petitioning system, process follow-up, trial calendar, jurisprudential research, and certificate obtainment.

The evaluation of administrative and institutional services involves questions about the functioning of the Court, institutional publications, visits to the Court and transparency mechanisms used by the Court, based on the "Access to Information Act".

On all topics, there is the option to submit comments, as well as a space for free expression at the end.

The user should evaluate only the subjects of his/her expertise, with an estimated response time of up to ten minutes if the two forms are filled out.
